摘要：為充分發揮微電網中分布式資源的協同構網調節能力，實現頻率與輸出電壓一致性穩定、有功功率合理分配等控制目標，結合構網下垂控制特性，提出了一種基于多智能體一致性算法的分布式二次協同控制策略。該策略通過分布式發電資源中二次控制器間的通信交互，設計了基于含領導者的領導跟隨一致性控制架構，實現了全局頻率與輸出電壓跟隨領導者目標一致性恢復；同時考慮發電單元承擔能力的差異，實現了發電單元間有功功率的精確共享和優化分配。仿真結果驗證了所提控制策略的有效性，并討論了相應二次控制增益對結果的影響。

Abstract: In order to give full play to the collaborative grid-forming regulation capabilities of distributed resources in microgrids and achieve control objectives such as consistent stability of frequency and output voltage, as well as reasonable allocation of active power. Based on the droop control characteristics of networked systems, this paper proposes a distributed secondary coordinated control strategy based on a multi-agent consistency algorithm. This strategy facilitates communication and interaction among secondary controllers within distributed generation resources and is designed using a leader-follower consensus control framework, and achieves the global frequency and output voltage to consistently follow the leader,s target. Moreover, it takes into account the differences in the capabilities of generating units, achieving precise sharing and optimal allocation of active power among them. The simulation results substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy and elucidate the impact of the associated secondary control gains on the overall performance.
