基于電流特征的全并聯AT分段供電牽引網保護方案

摘 要：全并聯自耦變壓器(AT)分段供電牽引網能夠克服傳統全并聯 AT 供電系統發生故障后上行或下行全線停電的問題。提出一種基于電流特征的全并聯 AT 分段供電牽引網保護方案，該方案實時監測各區段首端電流并計算電流有效值，根據電流大小判斷是否出現故障或者機車經過；構造差動電流判據，判斷故障或機車經過的區段；計算滿足差動電流判據區段首端電流的變化量，根據首端電流突變量的大小判斷出是機車經過還是故障，若判斷為故障，則斷開故障區段兩側的斷路器，隔離故障。PSCAD/EMTDC 電磁暫態仿真結果表明，該保護方案能夠快速切除全并聯 AT 分段供電牽引網的故障區段，保證非故障區段牽引網正常供電，縮小了停電范圍，提高了全并聯AT 牽引網的供電可靠性。

Supply Traction Network Based on Current Characteristics

Abstract: The fully parallel autotransformer (AT) segmented power supply traction network can overcome the problem of the entire upstream or downstream power outage in the traditional fully parallel AT power supply system after a fault occurs. This paper proposes a fully parallel AT segmented power supply traction network protection scheme based on current characteristics. This scheme monitors the current at the beginning of each section in real time and calculates the effective value of the current. It determines whether a fault has occurred or whether a locomotive has passed based on the size of the current.Constructing differential current criteria to determine faults or the sections through which the locomotive passes. Calculating the variation of the current at the beginning of the section that meets the differential current criterion. Based on the magnitude of the sudden change in the current at the beginning, determine whether it is a locomotive passing through or a fault. If it is determined to be a fault, disconnect the circuit breakers on both sides of the faulty section to isolate the fault. The electromagnetic transient simulation results of PSCAD/EMTDC show that this protection scheme can quickly cut off the faulty sections of the fully parallel AT segmented power supply traction network, ensure the normal power supply of the traction network in the non-faulty sections,reduce the power outage range, and improve the power supply reliability of the fully parallel AT traction network.
