輪轂多盤式無鐵心永磁同步電機永磁體結構優化

摘 要：將不等厚排列技術與90°Halbach 陣列以及不等寬排列技術相結合應用到兩個外轉子磁鋼分析，中間盤采用普通磁鋼排列，通過改變磁鋼排列的厚度及寬度，來進一步提高多盤式無鐵心永磁同步電機氣隙磁密的基波幅值和波形的正弦性，從而提高電機性能。對16 極盤式永磁同步電機進行仿真建模，將“不等寬排列技術+ 90°Halbach 陣列”模型以及其優化模型“不等厚排列技術+ 90°Halbach 陣列+ 不等寬排列技術”進行靜態氣隙磁場對比分析。仿真數據表明，“不等厚排列技術+ 90°Halbach 陣列+ 不等寬排列技術”使得周向磁密波形和切向磁密波形都大為改善，磁場波形更接近于正弦分布特征，其中周向磁密波形畸變率改善了67.02%，氣隙周向磁密幅值提高了8.15%。

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with
Wheel Hub Multiple-Disc

Abstract: Analysis was made to the application of the combination of different thickness array technology, 90°Halbach array and different breadth array technology in two outer rotor magnetic steel. The telophragma adopted the common magnetic steel array, whose thickness and breadth were changed to further improve the fundamental current amplitude and wavelike sine performance of coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor with wheel hub multiple-disc, so that the performance of the motor was improved. The sixteen poles disc permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out simulation and modeling and this paper analyzed the model of different breadth array technology with 90° Halbach array and its optimization model, the different thickness array technology with 90° Halbach array and different breadth array technology was carried out static state air-gap field contrastive analysis. The simulation data show that the optimization model makes the axial and tangential magnetic flux density waveform improved, the magnetic field waveforms are more close to the sine distribution characteristics, where the circumferential flux density waveform distortion rate is improved by 67.02% and the tangential air-gap flux density amplitude value is increased by 8.15%.
